How long is your culinary arts program?

Ans: Our Certificate in Culinary Arts program is a full-course-fast track program that will last for 3 months with sessions from Mondays through Fridays,and even during holidays. The school will normally extend the sessions or change some of the schedules depending on the result of the training. The daily session starts at 6 pm daily, except during pastry classes where the start is moved to 2 pm or whatever time the chef may find necessary to deliver the program properly.

How long is the pastry arts program?

Ans: The Certificate in Pastry Arts will last for up to 6 weeks, sessions will start at 8 am and will last until late in the afternoon.

What are the requirements for enrollment?

Requirements for Enrollment:
1. Health Certificate from Joshua Clinic (Dra. Virginia Castillo-Donasco) located at Mansanitas Street, GSC (submit the original)
2. Birth Certificate (NSO certified)
3. One valid ID (like SSS, GSIS, Voter’s ID submit photocopy) or Valid Passport (submit photocopy).
4. Form 137 or High School Diploma.
5. Transcript of records with honorable dismissal
6. Barangay Certificate of Residency (submit the original duly dry sealed)
7. Current residence certificate( CEDULA)

How do I get there?

Ans:

If you are from Mindanao, Gensan is accessible by land coming from Butuan- Surigao area via Davao City. If you are from Cagayan de Oro City or Iligan City and neighboring areas, pass through Cagayan de Oro where there is a bus company that plies the Cagayan de Oro to Tacurong City route. Take another bus (Yellow Bus Lines and vans) from Tacurong City to Gensan. If you are from Kidapawan City, Cotabato City, Tacurong City or Koronadal City, there are busses and vans plying the route.
• If you are from the Visayas and Luzon, Gensan has a direct flight daily from Manila, and from Cebu City. Kindly check the website of Phil. Airlines and Cebu Pacific for the specific schedule.
• Superferry also plies the Gensan to Ilo-ilo City to Manila route.
